Financial Markets Outlook 2-2-11 Update II

I commence with my gratitude to The All-Knower

I was looking at the long term charts of the major market indices. And it does NOT look good.
Weekly charts are rather saying "sell". Furthermore, Dow Jones Transport. and Russell 2K are diverging. Volume on the last two up-days isn't convincing. Volume lacked on these updays as compared to the Friday's hard sell-off. All this isn't bullish, rather bearish. You ought to tip toe and just nimble a nibble while being long and be with full position, if opprtunity presents for short. Time Cycles, are also pointing that we are just hanging on a cliff before sell-off starts.
