With The Grace of The Almighty, Markets are manifesting the forecast. Selling has resumed and it shall continue, until it reaches some further down target. I am looking for a bit higher double bottom.
Once QQQQ goes below $45.25, I shall be watching for confirmation of the double bottom. and for SPY when it enters below $108.50. Watch out for the time cycle, which shall manifest the said price target on or before Thursday.

US Dollar Index Forecast

I have been requested several times, to analyze the dollar index. It seems very appropriate at this time, when whole financial system appears to be collapsing under the Western Countries's debt. Euro, which at one time, was at 1.5 time the par with US dollar and now, it seems as if it's gone totally opposite direction. It may very well, be worth at par with one dollar, may be within weeks from now. But I am not betting my house on it, as US dollar has no fundamental and time cyclic support. Just because, US dollar is the only the sign of hope (ye, right! ;-)) for big investors to stash their investments, for NOW. However, in the face of dropping like a rock Euro, USD is trending higher for certain up targets. see the enclosed chart

It brings tears (of gratitude to My Creator), to have my forecast of "a gap down and at higher volume", come true  .

Now, as I said earlier, buckle up to go to your banks, with briefcase full of money (while offering  your thanks to Our GOD), if you are short.

Now a Lesson in Trading: 
Island Reversal Pattern: The island reversal is a sequence of gaps. In a rising trend, a first gap appears between the previous day's high and the new day's low. The second gap appears on the way down between the previous day's low and the new day's high. The island reversal may be completed in a day or longer and is accompanied by higher volume. When the island includes several trading bas, it is known as ISLAND CLUSTER REVERSAL.
