Bottom are very formed with strong sentiment, usually worst at said time. Formation of such bottoms, (whether, long term, intermediate or short term), is in a certain way, where it get tested more than once, sometime more than 3 times. I have attached several examples from the recent past. The current chart, looks very similar to the past. Market successfully tested the bottom and rallied sharply into the close of the day at higher volume. I had earlier during the day, published an hourly chart, which showed that we are bottoming. and right after the publishing of the post, market rallied. This coincide with my Geometric Time Cycle, Astro Time Cycle and Price Cycle making a trough. I expect rally to continue at least to next price profit target.

Is it possible to turn $47K into $1800K in 60 days. I am avid reader of Gann, Market Wizards, Turtle Traders and many other Trader Legends. I am highly indebted to The Most Merciful, The All-Knower for His Countless Blessings and then ability to share my knowledge to His Creations; This is the snapshot of the account that I started with trading capital of $50K in the first week of April, 2010 and then after first loosing trade, it dropped to about $47K and was trading along with my mentees. Although, I felt like having some short positions over weekend (highly risky), I decided to day trade until, the trend develops and strengthens to one direction. Thus our trading group had closed all the position, which we entered Short after the market gapped down on Friday, June 6th.

WHY DID Changed my Market Outlook on Thursday 06-03-2010?

I have been received some comments and emails (and even a challenge to publish my LONGS profits, how did it do, after such a plunge on Friday), about my change of opinion about Market on Thursday night.  If you knew, that on said night, European Markets were trending higher. But, I knew, due to The Creator's Blessings, that European Markets lacked strength, as did The US markets on Thursday Close. I am sorry, I could and did not have enough time to put an ALERT on Thursday close, as I was closing my positions and monitoring my mentorship session. However, I did warned on Thursday night to Close all LONGS. Even we could only close 80% of our LONG mostly at very big profits (though some with losses with some very weak longs, which also foretold that Market is very weak and PRICE CYCLE shall be triggered down by the TIME CYCLE coming in).
Next day morning My Sustainer confirmed my assumptions and analysis. Why did I close my LONGS on Thursday, see enclosed pictures.???
