On the second day of the time cycle, markets around the globecontinue their slide. Not only Asian Markets tumbled, the sell-off continues in other parts of the region, e.g, European Markets as well. Futures of the US markets are down as well!!

Remember, (My proprietary timer of the markets) Time Cycle Rule the financial markets!!

Markets continue to slide on second day

The Next Day Not Only the Markets around the world starting tumbling, due to this time cycle ingress, but also US Stock Markets followed the suit. This time cycle is enforced and on its second day, it has pushed down the Asian Market lower.

(I did receive some nasty note from some "non-sense" reader, that what happened to my forecast of 01-27-12, when NASDAQ tried to eke out the gains, but he or she neglected that time cycle has already affected European and Asian Markets and it did push Dow Jones Industrial and S&P-500 lower. But, I would ignore these obnoxious people, who could never be grateful." As I am told by the hundreds of the readers with positive energies, that I ought to just ignore the stupidity of these people and keep on doing my work for the sake of benefit of people and Blessings of The Creator....

So, I shall continue to heed to my well-wishers' advice.. See the graphs enclosed and the Power of Time Cycle Forecast. Markets continue to slide on second day...... Forecasted Before-the-Event Occurance..!!

US Dollar Forecast

US Dollar Index (DXY) has found some resistance as soon it cleared the larger pattern of H&S pattern. Now it is forming "base on base pattern" by forming, another handle of a rather smaller pattern of the cup base.

Dollar shall find the support at the range of $79.10-$79.20. To keep this base pattern strong, the lowest potential support for the said base pattern is $78.62.

NFLX has been brutally killed within last few months from July of 2011 till November 2011. It started to look for bottom and since 12/29/2011, has been able to find some plane to fly with. However, NFLX flight is about to land. Its ascension is about to end. Time Cycles have been squared withe recent price ascension. If today is the not the last day, before reversal starts, then 01/27, 01/30 would be the days, when it will resume its downtrend.

I had forecasted a reversal into the GOOG trend which had been rising till then under a rally. I not only forecasted the drop, but also gave the next day minimum range of drop. Since that forecast on 01/19/2012, GOOG has dropped over $73.00. See chart....!!

As you know that I focus primarilary on time cycles. I have learnt a great deal from many masters, including but not limited to Mr. W.D. Gann. Mr. Gann based his trading methods on time and price analysis. This made it possible for Mr. Gann to determine not only when a trend change was imminent, but also what the best price would be to enter, or exit that market.

01/19 Stock Market Forecast Update

What is the utmost important in the financial markets.... .. IT is when and at what time to enter into the highest probable trade and the best time to exit the trade in order to lock-in the gains. Knowing the time cycle, which creating the reversal, is also of greatest important to hold the aggravation at bay, if the markets goes in the side-way move, which creates an uncertainty. We can always enter back again in the markets, as long as we are at safe harbor with the trading capital. That is the reason, TIME is the number one factor to consider when to enter or exit the trade.

01/19 Market Forecast UPDATE:
On 01/19, I forecasted a reversal in the "then preceding trend of the financial market". Next day on 01/20 market drops with gap down, (Please see the attached chart). That gap down has already satisfied the question of the time cycle arrival.. Market tried to go higher on 01/21, but cratered down in the afternoon, and next trading day thereafter on 01/24, markets opened with gap down.. The time cycle of 01/19, not only would have saved you from the frustration of the money tied up in the uncertainty of the market direction, until, a new trend is adopted by the financial markets. This is where TIME CYCLES come into the play....

I had asked to go long and as I had forecasted, it went to the target of $1.681 and then gold stopped its advance.

That was $1,000-1,400 trade with futures contract or 25-30% trade in option strategy.. See the charts,

Once again the week forecast has been profitable and all the forecasted targets were achieved.

The Subscribers were alerted to go long on 01/13 for profitable trade to until 01/17. Which it did....! From the low of Friday 01/13, @ $1,626, Gold has galloped $40 to $1,667, once again my forecasted price target and of course it found reversal zone, as it aligned with the time cycle and price cycle.

$..........That was $...........at least $3,000 trade per contract.

Then Subscribers were given a time cycle change on 01/20. Gold has dropped to $1,644 area on 01/20 and then it bounced off to another leg up to $$1,677. The subscribers were given that target area as well!!. That was another trade of $30 or 3,000 per contract.

I had forecasted on 01/19, just after the high noon, that GOOG is about to tumble big way. Of course, GOOG was going to announce its earning after the markets' close. It was anyone best guess to 50% chance of hitting big on up or downside.

SENSEX had a 3 days reversal on my forecasted time cycle of Jan 11. It had 3 days reversal and then said reversal was overcome by the next time cycle, which is coming due over the weekend of 01/20/12. The 01/20/121 time cycle has been acting as "attractor" to pull the indices higher. Thereafter, it shall act as repelling force, thus causing reversal.

Next important dates created by this time cycle are, January 23 and Jan 25 and 1,6769-16,785 resistance target.

I really love and appreciate the Indian Financial Markets. These markets follow the laws to nature to "the T". May be due to the reason, that participate are more aware and open to the laws of nature, due to India's 5,000 plus years old cultural traditions, which are part and parcel of the lives of the people living Indian Sub-Continent.

Based upon my cursory view of the markets, it tells me that Bombay Sensex is poised to tumble NOW. SENSEX is ready to experience a reversal, price and time are squaring. I shall only another day or two, and up-to the price levels shown here in the attached chart. I believe that Thursday/Friday shall be start of reversal. Price has already met it target. In the event, if the markets does rally another day or two, then 16,480 and 16,622 shall offer resistance and create reversal, as they are being met within the time cycle, which rules the Indian SENSEX market.... Thus, get your short ready...

US Dollar Forecast 1-10-11

US Dollar Proshare UUP

I have just looked at the US dollar basket index symbol: DXY.

US Dollar is set for a massive rally.

It has been building a base for the last 2 years. Is it coincidence? I don't think so, as there is organised rythym in the financial markets. Dollar took from October 2010 to January 2011 to create the left shoulder of the base. And then, it just completed it right shoulder (in January 2012), which it started building from October 2011. It just cleared the cup-handle or neckline above the right shoulder.

Dollar shall rally for about 4-5 weeks then have correction for 1.5-2.5 weeks, thereafter experience a strong rally of at least 8 weeks.

Gold has had very strong bull-run. As a matter of fact, it has been steadily rising and recently in a parabolic move from its break out of side-way or slightly flat/upward channel in January 2006. See attached Chart Weekly Chart i) and in the second chart which is similar chart but with more zoomed in view at the current price.

You shall see the price/time cycle channels labeled with pink, brown and yellow color have been dominant in gold moves. Gold recent drop to $1,532 level was supported by my discovered NHN price levels and the ascending brown and pink. Gold then rose to $1800 level, making a lower high and then broke down and then it broke below the brown and yellow channels lines, which offered support earlier in last week of September 2011. However, gold found its support at the lower band of the another ascending price/time channel, labeled with yellow color. Said ascending trend-line has kept the gold trend higher since the low of October 2008, the bear market low.

However, the resistance is very strong as well. Therefore, it is important to watch the ascending yellow channel lower band trend-line. Once that is broken then it shall create a serious sell-off. The opposite, in the case scenario, where not only the support of yellow line is held but gold also breaks above the brown and pink price/time cycle lines (These lines incidentally coincide with 200 and 21 days moving averages.). That shall mean another leg of bull run is yet to be completed...!!

I had forecasted in my AAPL forecast dated 12/13, "IF November 25th was not the major low, then I am looking at December 19" I further added, that, "$411 area is the first target of resistance and profit taking."

12/19 time cycle created one of the longest UP bars within 30 days

AAPL is up $31+ or 8.16+% since the 12/19 time cycle low.

$421 is the next target, once support at $408 is held....
