Crude Oil Forecast UPDATE

Crude Oil retreated about 3% from the $103.60 high (on 03/17) and going down into the next time cycle of 03/20 (as previously forecasted). When the trading resumed on 03/20, it shot back up about 3% to where, it retreated from, last week.
