Crude Oil Forecast 04-19-11

Next Crude oil time cycle turn date is 04/23/11 (Which is Saturday, therefore, I shall be looking for Change in Trend Friday and also Monday.) . Next turn date is 04/29/11 (on this date I'll 12hrs +/-, i.e., either 04/28 PM hours or next day morning hours ).
