Financial Market Update 3-29-11

Market did start its leg down, as I had anticipated and foretold on March 27. It went lower than yesterday's low and stopped at 38.2% of the recent rally from last week. When it started going higher today, it is resting at 78.6% retrace of recent drop.

Therefore, market is at the critical price juncture, either it shall continue its "C" leg down of ABC \/\ and shall go lower than today's low or would just retest the todays' low at higher low and shall continue higher. In either case, We have to wait and see it clear both price levels (up or down, more recent lows or recent highs)

I had alerted subscribers to my trade alert service, not to go home with any longs, and forewarned Sunday Morning when no world markets had opened yet, to go make mistake of going long, unless you waited to see my complete forecast.

All Financial Markets, regardless of their geopolitical and geographical locations, are ruled by time cycles, though these time cycles might be hidden from the trading and investing masses. Nevertheless, that is why all financial markets act in a predictable manner.

Whenever a market go through a correction which lasts 4 weeks or more, than it is very challenging for the market to cross over the recent highs. It becomes even hardest, sometime, rather IMPOSSIBLE to even accomplish that (for quite long time), when markets has run up for as long as US and other financial markets of rest of the world have (24 months or 104 weeks approximately).

When a market goes through a correction of 4+ weeks, it shall have rally of at least 7-9 days. and if rallies 50%, 62.5% or 6/8th or 7/8th, within this time cycle, then another leg down is imminent. "Nothing is new under the Sun". Therefore, we have another leg down, which has the potential to the retest the recent lows of March 16th, ....................or it could even go lower, but I shall wait to rule on the later part of the sentence....!!!

Study of the past, helps us predict the future. Remember this sentence, as I shall be publishing a longer term forecast of world's financial markets soon.
