I had forecasted a price target for $151 and Today's low for GLD was exact $151.


This is happening on the day of time cycle for reversal.

Therefore, look for a bounce in the precious metals from hereon.

ARE MARKETS GOING TO REVERSE OR START A PANIC SELLING?

Market Forecast 05-12-12

Markets have been trapped within the channel, without the successful effort to break through the support levels at 2,900 for COMPAQ NASDAQ Composite. and We have arrived at the time cycle for change or reversal on 05/14. Friday close, thus, would be swing low for next rally until the next time cycle.

As a matter of fact, Monday could be very strong long green up bar.
However, what I want to give you a 'heads up' for the technical pattern being made on the hourly chart. Markets have been trapped from 05/08 in this shape. This is a bearish and continuation pattern of Flag or Pennant, Outcome of this pattern, would result into the another leg down. But first, markets must show their commitment to downward, with a gap, a breakaway from this trapped market's move. That would mean a big red down bar, then.

As time cycles do two things, reverse the preceding trend or help expedite the trend. This could even create an exhaustion gap.

NASDAQ: Watch for time cycle of 05/17-18 and up targets for the price levels of 3002, 3024, 3031, 3044 to offer the time/price squaring, and down targets are already published in the previous most recent posts.

Stock Markets are falling hard in the hours after the opening bells at Wall Street, only to recover bulk of losses back before the close of the day. Based upon my years around the stock markets, this kind of markets' behavior, is indicative of Markets attempt to finding their next direction. No matter what direction markets decide to go, we are going to see lot more of the similar volatility in coming next months.

However, there are some interesting patterns being developed within three markets indices, namely Russell 2000, AMEX Composite Index, and NYSE Composite Index. All of them, are unfolding a H&S Pattern.

Upon successful completion of H&S pattern of Russell-2000, it shall fall and the support are likely to occur at these levels of $76.66, $74.50, $73.40.

Please remember the time cycle as stated in my previous post, are important to watch within next 3 weeks. Important dates are 05/14***, 05/17-18, 05/28 and then a BIG DAY shall be between June 04-06, and JUNE 18. Markets shall find turns on or about said dates.

IS MARKET HEADING FOR BIGGER CORRECTION THAN WHAT IS NORMALLY EXPECTED?

Stock Markets today, tumbled as much as 1.8% and then recovered some of the losses by the close of the day. Almost all of the leader stocks lost ground Tuesday At higher than usual volume, but many finished  above their session lows, mirroring the main indexes' action. In fact, NASDAQ volume was the record high for this year
Today's Markets reaction is indicative of underlying shift of markets' pressure points. If that is true and is validated by continuation of the falling prices and certain support levels as indicated by the charts attached., are violated, then markets bull trend is in serious trouble for next intermediate term.

My time cycle tool, is giving me May 14th and May 17th as turning points. Markets need to find support at these time cycles and with the corresponding price levels for SPY, of $133.45, $131, and last one at $129, as shown on the attached chart.

If stock markets only find some temporary support and consolidates at these time cycles and do not sustain the support, then Stock Markets are heading for serious decline and even shall suffer serious capitulation.
It means that time cycle top (by pulling the market higher) expected in October 2012, is being inverted. Stock Markets are being pulled downward until then and instead, shall be market bottom around said time of October 2012. Which will result in market retesting the low of October of last year.

EUR is setting up for big decline from hereon.

Looking at the daily charts, it has successfully completed and tested the support at the neckline of wide Head and Shoulder pattern which started off from February 1st, 2012. Based upon the H&S successful manifestation of the decline, very first target is @ 1.2800, and 1.27345, 1.2555. Based upon the alternative price projection, I am getting first support at 1.2913, 1.28471, 1.26721.

However, 3-days chart portends a much bigger decline. Thus, giving me first support target at 1.2528, followed by retest of June 2010 lows. Targets triggered by weekly Chart, are 1.1580, 1.1157, and finally at par with US Dollar.

On May 2, 2012 early morning, right after when DJI had logged in the highest prices in the 4 years history of the stock markets, I forewarned you and said, " I am expecting another correction soon, even as soon as 05/02".  I supported my argument and said that, "  Dow Jones Industrials have claimed the highest price in the 4 years on May 01. However, other indices showed weakness and thus closed much lower than price set on 04/02 highs. For example S&P-500 even made an inverted hammer, which after confirmation could result into more selling thereafter."

I even posted this attached chart, showing the down target of 1,369 for SPX, which has already been achieved..

Stock markets experienced a gap, on Monday. This gap was NOT an ordinary gap. It was a break away gap.  It is a Precursor of a new trend, which is downward. Breakaway gap candlestick was a Marubuzu, which reflects that markets is really weak and sellers have taken over the markets. By looking at the NASDAQ chart, it shows the underlying weakness of the stock markets It is the index,which lead the recent 3 1/2 months rally starting from mid-December 2011. First support for NASDAQ lies at 2,875 area, then below that support is at 2,812, and 2,760

Stock Markets and US Treasury Bonds are strongly correlated with each other... i.e., inversely!!

Investors flock to US Treasury, (your would be surprised, despite all US problems), in the moment of stock markets turmoil, .... "flight to the safety".

As you can see from the charts attached herein that bottoms in stock markets correlated with tops in bonds and reverse is true, that is, stock markets tops are correlated inversely to the bonds bottoms....
On the longer term , TLT (iShares Lehman 20+ Year Treasury Bond Fund Price) chart shows a big base with handle or simply put, a cup with handle, where handle just being formed above the strong price support levels. On daily chart of TLT, a clearer picture could shows that it has formed a bottom and has cleared all the overhead resistance levels, offered by the time cycles trend-lines.

US Stock Markets and ADP Data Correlation

Sometimes, during the so much chatter and noise, it is hard to filter out, what does a certain news or data report mean. Therefore, it is prudent to look at the full and better view of the picture, by taking a step back.

Let's take an example of ADP payroll data, which gives the information about the number of jobs added in the private sector. I believe that is an important number, as it reflects upon the fundamentals of the core of the economy, i.e., how the driving force of the economy is doing. If we look at the chart enclosed, ADP data has been a pre-cursor to the future turns in the stock markets.

Recent drop in the number of jobs created in the private sector has dropped significantly. That is foretelling us something...!

ADP data is has been forming or has already formed a top. What is next...? serious correction..? Let's see what happens!! See the highlighted areas of the chart..!

I received complaint that last post was not published in time.. That was quite possible, as I have created a draft to be posted before I went on the Spiritual Retreat, and left it upon someone to publish it in time. That is why it is quite possible that it was published in time, although, it was time stamped before the date of publishing.

Let's have a look at the Markets found some smaller resistance on 04/30 and on 05/01, went higher then previous days' resistance. Nevertheless, Markets' Indices are showing an interesting tale.

NASDAQ chart

Dow Jones Industrials have claimed the highest price in the 4 years on May 01. However, other indices showed weakness and thus closed much lower than price set on 04/02 highs. For example S&P-500 even made an inverted hammer, which after confirmation would result into more selling thereafter. It is all happening within the time frame of time cycle for CIT, reversal. Therefore, markets could fail here. S&P may come down to test the 1,380 or even 1,369 level and NASDAQ chart is even weaker than all other indices. NASAQ 100 could test the 2.640-2,650 area once again. Remember this is the one, which lead the market to these high levels. Markets leaders like AAPL, GOOG, BIDU, PCLN are NOT showing the strength as shown in DJI, rather their weakness is reflected into the S&P and NASDAQ charts.

Thus, I am expecting another correction soon, even as soon as 05/02

Recent post about the market was contingent upon AAPL further decline.

My first analysis about AAPL was based upon totally price cycles.  Which did transpire into a $88 drop into the AAPL prices, my first target zone was $90 drop.

Besides that, my stance was bullish on the markets and I even posted a forecast on 04/23, when market gaped down. I stated, "

In the absence of further price deterioration of AAPL's, market has taken advantage of Ruler of money influx positive note and market has rallied strongly since 04/23.

Stock Markets Forecast and Analysis (with the help of US Durable Goods)

Stock Markets have experienced a gap up today, celebrating the earnings, despite the bad US data news.
It made me look at the US Durable Goods Chart (with the help of ycharts).

It is quite interesting to note that US Durable Goods and stock markets trends both directly related to each other. Therefore, it shall be prudent to watch the declining trend in the US Durable Good data. Please see the attached chart. US Durable Goods have been on the decline since Jan 2012. Taking the perspective of percentage decline during last recent 3 month has been more rapid than the percentage gain within last one year. If the same trend continues, then look for the stock markets to languish, too and stock market shall follow the pursuit. Reading below 200B, shall make the markets to nose dive, just like in the past.

I received an email, which required a clarification...

First question was about my repeating of the name of God in each of my public posts (as you don't know or see how I behave privately)

Well the answer is clear and very simple... Some understand it easily and some have hard time getting it why...?

I am not invoking The Creator's Name. I am merely offering my humblest gratitude for His Countless Blessings. and even if I do my offering of gratitude to Him all day and night, every moment of my life, it is still NOT enough. When I look at myself and around me, I am floored by His Bestowment of His Kindness upon me. How can someone thank enough to His/Her Creator? When we cannot even thank enough to the person, who helps us in our time of need or rescue. How can we be grateful enough to Our Creator... Hence, my consistent offer of gratitude... Why not publicly. He Blesses me (and all of us) publicly .....

Now about my perspective about the markets...

I have been bullish and still am in the sense that after a correction is completed, market shall go higher, than current price levels.

But read my disclaimer in the most recent post. It stated and I quote, "Based upon the time cycle analysis (of AAPL), if this forecast is correct, then AAPL shall stay low until 3rd week of July and/or shall find its final swing low bottom in the first week of August." I continued to state, "That means.... IF this is wrong, then I am dead wrong. ... But, what if, I am correct, then..... I must retract from my current bullish stance about the markets..... at least for now.... IF APPL forecast pans-out successfully, then, Stock markets shall fall at least 11% from its recent peak on 04/02. That means that S & P-500 is going to test 1,272-1,282 area..." End of Quote:

Above analysis is totally based upon outcome of the AAPL forecast and it dropping at least 30% from its top of $644...

I am expecting AAPL to drop severely within next month or so.... and if that does transpire, then stock market shall get also affected and shall experience and knee-jerk blow to its price... If does not .. Then my discovery of new time cycle of AAPL was incorrect.... simple....

AAPL Forecast 4-23-12

I have been watching AAPL very closely. I had recently published the forecast, based upon AAPL certain price cycle squaring. AAPL forecast was right on, and it has fallen exactly within my first target zone of $90 drop.

However, since the day, I had posted the forecast, something was asking to pay more attention to its current dominant time cycle. I have been looking and searching, but I could not put my finger on the dominant time cycle at the current interval of time.  Something had been bothering me in my stomach about AAPL current price cycle, none of the AAPL time cycle (known to me) really were co-relating to its current price pattern. Then finally, today, it dawned on me ......... A certain replication of the time cycle, AAPL follows after every certain interval, that fits perfectly with the current price cycles............. The moment of AHA....!!

Whenever, this time cycle came upon AAPL, it caused a price drop of about 29.8% (and up-to 35.8%) from its preceding swing high. By applying the similar time cycle strength's affect upon the current price levels of AAPL, I get certain price targets for AAPL. Which are much lower than current price levels and these are, $448, $433, $413.

Please remember AAPL loves Zig Zag moves....

Based upon the time cycle analysis, if this forecast is correct, then AAPL shall stay low until July 3rd week and/or shall find its final swing low bottom in the first week of August.

That means

IF this is wrong, then I am dead wrong. ...

But, what if, I am correct, then..... I must retract from my current bullish stance about the markets..... at least for now....
IF APPL forecast pans-out successfully, then, Stock markets shall fall at least 11% from its recent peak on 04/02. That means that S & P-500 is going to test 1,272-1,282 area...

Markets Update 4-23-12

Stock Markets have gaped down at the open and went down to the one of the first support zone, as noted in my previous post.

By looking at the SPY Chart, it looks bullish, as it has completed a Gann and Fibonacci Geometric pattern today at the low of the day. . Once this low of the day is held, (which has a high probability), then we have completed the correction of the markets, to start a new rally into the next time cycle. Important dates to remember is May 7th, 11th, 15th, (could have congested side-way move during these dates of May) and June 24-June 28.

Ruler of the money influx, has handed over the positive note to the markets...as of today close..

AAPL has dropped over $86 (which is in close proximity of my first target of down leg). Plus it has approached an important Gann system price levels. If AAPL does not violate $556 on the close basis, then it shall rebound from here.

Market Update 4-20

Markets are trying to find their direction. In order to do so, it is customary to have certain support retested. Rather, it is very important that supports get retested, before a rally can be trusted as healthy one, which shall last for sometime.

Looking the at the charts of the markets, it is revealed that certain supports levels are to be tested, soon.
For example, for S & P-500, these levels are at 1,359-1,362, Next Support is at 1,355 and 1,340 and 1,329.

Markets have been working within a tight range since 04/09/12, and since when market broke below the previous support (which has become a resistance now). This resistance level lies at 3,050 for NASDAQ, 1,388-1,390 for S&P-500 and for DJI is at the level of 13,000-13,010.
Once these levels are taken over solidly, look for new market highs till the next big time cycle of October 2012 (with smaller time cycle creating smaller pullbacks on the way up).

I think market still has some juice left, before it runs out of the bulls-fuel..

Once AAPL takes over the $644, look for the level of $726 level to offer resistance...

Stock markets have had a decent size of correction and bounced off right at the time cycle of 04/16. As a matter of fact, a low was made on said date of the CIT. Markets not only bounced off, but also recover the resistance levels of all the indices, such 3,000 for NASDAQ, 1,375-78 for S&P500 and 13,000 for Down Jones Industrial.


IMHO the markets have received the reasonable correction to make the next bull run healthier and less riskier.. (above mentioned levels must remain intact for the markets to remain bullish). Once markets have respected the recently recovered resistance levels, bull run shall last until the next time cycles.
Next levels to watch for S&P-500 are 1,430 and 1,440 to offer resistance, I believe later shall offer more...

Markets are sliding to the downside. Today, I shall look at another perspective, which gives us more clue as to the direction of the markets in the near future term.  Volatility Index, is inversely related to the markets' trend.
VIX just found a bottom and has overtaken some strong resistance which kept its trend lower since October of last year. VIX has not only taken over these time cycle resistance lines, but, also took other leading indicators which depict the future trend of the markets. VIX has more upside to come. VIX next targets are $23.20 and $24.85. Once VIX reaches these levels, look for the markets to consolidate and or reverse back to the upside.

With the view of potential AAPL's decline in the next few days or so, it is very highly likely that general market trend shall remain lower, until the next time cycle. It is especially true, when AAPL drops (which could be a quick drop). Moreover, market's rally failed on 04/12, to reach the upper band of new downward channel, which shows a weakness in the markets.

I had been forecasting and analyzing AAPL for the longest. I have had almost 100% success rate in AAPL.

Almost 100% means that last time cycle forecast did create the reversal, but it was taken out within next 5 day, rather on the 5th day, price went beyond the 03/21 high, the forecast date. A good reversal must last at least one week to the downside, completely. Which it did not.... :)

It has been on my radar screen like always. It just touched a high price (of $644) couple of days ago, which in my analysis squares the price cycles (without divulging the rhythmic vibration of the stock) I just discovered another new rhythmic pattern in the stock of AAPL (based upon which I am expecting it to manifest its power). If that is true (it has fallen only $20 since then) then I am looking for a drop of at least (first $90 and then) $125 (+/- few $ for slippage) and as much as $300 decline into the AAPL prices.

What are pre-requisites for such a decline?
Remember AAPL Juggernaut stock is everybody's dear (the big guys). It is like a bullet train, which is approaching hurriedly to its final destination (or has It already reached there?). Therefore, $624 must be violated to the downside, before taking another short aim at the stock... I prefer it on a gap down below $624.

Yesterday, when the market was falling, I had analysed NASDAQ and forecasted this, " it is approaching support area and support @ 2,985-,3000"

NASDAQ Low of yesterday was 2,987 and close of the day was 2,991. Right in my support zone of 5 point range.

Markets have rallied from that support area, into today... NASDAQ rallied over 35 points (1.2+%) and Dow Jones Industrial over 125 points

US and European Stock Markets Update

Dow Jones Industrial Forecast 4-8-12

I get quite a few emails, or comments. Some of them are just commentary on my posts, and some require some  kind of follow up response. So this post is in response to the requests, I had received, plus, I felt an update was necessitated.
This Friday, being the most of the markets being closed for the holiday, stock markets' reaction to the US non-farm payroll surprise (was it surprise, if you one knew the time cycle of the cosmos?) was not recorded. Only (thinly traded) bonds markets were open to react.

There is a likelihood that as a reaction to the NFP, stock markets gap down on the open on Monday. However, I have the strong feeling that US stock markets might gap down, only to fill it during the day or the next day. That would be in line with my bullish stance on the markets. Furthermore, there is a time cycle on Monday 04-09-12, which has high correlation to reversal in the markets. Market have been dropping thus far. Therefore, there is strong probability that said time cycle shall push the market to the upside after the gap down, as stated above (if it does gap down).

FTSE Forecast 4-8-12

In the event the gap down is followed by another sell-off then stock markets shall continue to sell, for at least until 04/19, followed by the bull run up until October 2012, with  usual pull-backs to keep the market rallying. (I shall revisit the market forecast during this time frame of 04/19 to re-evaluate the markets, if the markets do drop until this date)
For DAX Index, start looking for support @ 6,601, 6,525-30, and 6,430 is the strong support,
